When we set out to design the Longhorn we had the working musician in mind. We wanted to offer unique and professional quality instruments with killer tone, ultra playability and priced for the working musician.
Our guitars are designed and built in Australia.
We utilize some of Australia's highly sought after timbers to give our instruments their unique tone and looks.
Our guitars are different and encompass a mixture of modern and traditional ideas.
NEWS
We're currently working with Chris Klondike Masuak on a signature guitar.
The reclusive Masuak carries one of Australian Rock n' Roll's proudest pedigrees, citing membership in Radio Birdman, The Hitmen, The New Christs, The Screaming Tribesmen, The Juke Savages, The Raouls (as a drummer, no less), Vindicator Electro/Smooth (in various capacities), and most recently, Klondike's North Forty.
Chris has been trying out a couple of our guitars recently and loves the tone, feel and playability. |

- March 2008 Tonerider Pickups
Our new F Series guitars now feature Tonerider pickups. These are some of the sweetest sounding pickups we have heard – regardless of the price.
Seriously guys and gals, these PU’s really rock.
Visit the tonerider site and check them out at www.tonerider.com.

- Purveyors of Pure Filth a local rock/punk band recently released their EP where Redback guitars were used throughout.
Now here's a bunch of fun loving boys who love their music and love their beer.
Produced by Chris Masuak (gunslinger for the legendary Radio Birdman), this is prime Citadel era garage/Detroit rock and roll, with heaps of melody laid over the top.
The Purveyors of Pure Filth well worth chasing down. They might come on like Lord Screaming Sutch in top hats and tails in the graveyard on the cover, but sound like they sold their musical souls for a ride in a time machine to share stages with the Trilobites, the Melting Skyscrapers and like-minded bands, circa 1986.
