Warranty & Service

The guitar is warranted directly from the manufacturer. If you are the original owner of the guitar and experiencing problems that are warranty related, please contact REDBACK GUITARS service@redbackguitars.com.au If during the warranty period, the instument malfunctions due to faulty materials and workmanship, REDBACK GUITARS will, at it's sole discretion, repair the defect without charge or replace it with a similar model and specification to the value that does not exceed the original purchase price of the guitar.

To obtain warranty assistance, the instrument must be returned to REDBACK GUITARS factory attached with a copy of sales receipt. All shipping and insurance, including any perceived "collector" value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.

REDBACK GUITARS are built to uncompromising quality. We take great pride in our work and stand behind our product. Original owners of a REDBACK GUITARS are supported by a non-transferable limited lifetime warranty.*

Redback Guitar warrants the guitar to be free from defects in materials and workmaniship, subject to the following limitaions.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED TO THE ORIGINAL PRCHASER ONLY AND MAY NOT BE TFANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SUSEQUENT OWNER/S. WARRANTY IS VALIDATED ON THE RETURN OF WARRANTY REGISTRATION WITHIN 30 DAYS FOLLOWING ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE. PROOF OF PURCHASE OR SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED AND PRESENTED WITH ALL REQUESTS FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER;-

Any guitars/basses whereby serial number has been removed or altered.

Any instruments purchased not from authorized partners and or directly fom Redback Guitars, or upon wich unauthorized repair/service has been carried out.

Any instrument which has not been registered at the factory within one month of purchase, or whose warranty card has been altered or includes false information.

Any instruments damaged due to an accident, negligence or misuse.

Shipping/Delivery damage of any kind.

Normal "wear and tear", including but not limited to any discoloration, fading or damage to the original finish, or won frets, strings, tuners, hardware and plating.

Any subjective issues such as "tone".

Instruments subjected to extreme temperatures

Any factory installed electronics and hardware after 2 years from original date of purchase.

REDBACK GUITARS shall not be reliable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or other similar damages under an circumstance claimed/suffered by the purchaser or any third party resulting from use or performance of the instrument. REDBACK GUITARS shall not be liable for any expenses, claims or suit arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing.

This warranty applies to Australia, NZ and ASIAPACIFIC. The terms of warranty in other countries may differ from the above, please refer to REDBACK GUITARS directly for worldwide terms and conditions.
